Friendship !
A best friend is the first person who comes in when, out of the door,
the whole world has gone. A best friend is one who loves the truth and
you, and will tell the truth in spite of you. There are lots of people
who you make friendship with, but it is very hard to find a true and
honest friend. But I am very lucky that I have a best friend with whom I
can share my feelings and divide grief with. During my studying from elementary school to university, I have lots of friends.
Among those, there are a few friends who are my best friends. Furthermore, Honesty is his good manner. Friend also can teach us about loyalty . I love my friend so much . And i hope we can stay together until forever . Friends forever !
cheese cake !
Go figure, right? So, yeah, I wanted to make a cheesecake but I didn't
want to make a creamy cake that sat on a biscuit crumb. I wanted
something lighter, something more cakey and not too rich. I was about to
give up and make something completely different (like a quiche or a
crepe -- yes, my thoughts are always so random) when I remembered a
Japanese cheesecake I'd eaten a long while ago (like five years ago)
that I really liked. Yes! Perfect!
The Japanese Cheese Cakes (I'm not quite sure if it really does originate in Japan; I have never eaten one there either of the times I'd been there) are light and soft and have a more subtle (though not at all insipid) taste of cheese. The cake isn't overly sweet and there is no crust, so put away our digestive biscuits!
The cake also comes unadorned. There are also no toppings (no strawberries on top, no Oreo cookies in he middle ...) and though I have tasted a matcha-flavoured one before, I prefer the authentic, unflavoured Japanese Cheesecake the best.
Some compare the texture of this cake to flan, a souffle or a chiffon cake but, truth be told it's also almost like eating a slice of brie (although no brie is used; only cream cheese). The texture is the result of the emulsification of corn starch and eggs in the recipe -- this is what I've read. I figure it also has to do with the whipped egg whites (six, mind you) that are gently folded into the batter.
I don't know the science of it ... yet ... but I like the result. This cake is light, cheesy, not too sweet and oh-so-comforting. I am pleased that this is one cheesecake I am still fond of.

Increasing Student Retention in Online Courses
Increasing student retention in online courses involves a combination
of strategies that can be deployed at both the institutional and the
course levels. This article will present a few of these strategies with
some research-based analysis of the ways in which each will contribute
to student retention in the online classroom; the most important of
these strategies include institutional recognition of the wide variety
of factors that may have an impact on student retention in online
programs as well as the importance of course design in order to maximize
retention rates.
Institutional Influence
Clearly, some of these factors are outside institutional or faculty control. It is hard for institutions or online instructors to mitigate economic factors, increase employee support, or aid in offsetting family and peer influences. However, others of these factors are within institutional and instructional control, and it’s these areas where institutions and instructors of online courses should focus. Following the guidelines laid out by the Middle States Commission for the support of students enrolled in online programs is one easy way for institutions to ensure that students begin the program with the tools they need to succeed and thus to increase the chances that retention rates will be higher. Providing up-front information to prospective students about the nature of online learning, for example, as well as assisting these prospective students with decisions about whether or not distance education will best meet their needs can increase the chances that both students and the program itself will succeed. Perhaps even more important are orientation courses for students enrolled in online programs. Each online institution should have a comprehensive orientation that provides students with information on the entire program, including support services (such as registration, advising, information resources, and student services) as well as the structure of the program (degrees, certificates, and programs of study available, along with information about the deans, chancellors, or directors of each program) in addition to more basic information about online learning (what to expect, how to participate in an online course, and what the workload is like) and the learning management system used by the institution. Such information could be provided in a few ways, but the most effective, according to research, would be to put the information into the LMS so that students experience the system as they are being oriented. Video tutorials, audio messages, and other multimedia tools should be used to help students become familiar with the system while simultaneously gaining knowledge about the institution and the resources available to them.
Designing for Success
A high number of studies point to the importance of course design in aiding student retention and success. According to Fisher and Baird (2005), “due to the rapid expansion of distance learning programs educators need to re-evaluate traditional pedagogical strategies and find ways to integrate curriculum, technology, community, and learning in a manner which supports student motivation, self-regulation and retention in virtual learning environments” . According to Fisher and Baird, online instructors should be focused on “designing curriculum that fosters the creation of web-based learning communities and peer-support networks among online students” through the use of “social media and web-based collaborative assignments” as methods for ensuring “student learning, retention, and student assessment” . Courses providing community and collaborative learning, research shows, are at the base of successful online programs.

LOVE !!
Love is the a beautiful feeling that express honesty, affection and at the
same time friendship. Around the world people are concerned about solutions for many of social problems. The feeling love could be the key for many of that problems. Although, some people do not believe that it is possible. Problems that include world hungry and violence are some example of social matters that love could solve. The most important reason why love could help the hungry problem around the world is the fact that love ties people together in a way to help each other. First of all, feelings such as, caring about others and helping each other is also included in love. Besides, someone moved by that magic feeling are more likely to do little actions that today's are being more and more rare. For example, to join a non-government institute that help people with hungry or even feeding someone who need food is a simple attitude that this feeling insentive people to do. Secondly, the spirit of sharing is not very comum in today's world. In fact, people tend to be more selfish and caring less about others. However, love flourish that felling and make people more likely to share what they have. For instance, sharing the half a lanche with someone who do not have or even giving a piece of a fruit are attitudes that people moved by love often do. Therefore, love incentive people do help solving social problems, as hungry, which is just by us and we don't realize. Another important social matter that love could help to solve is the violence. It is undeniable that the first thing to associate with love is peace. First, that fantastic feeling attrach people around with a peaceful sentiment. For example, starting a fight or thinking of taking someone life are thoughts that do not exist when one's are contagious by love. Currently, the world are moved by ambition, revenge and meanness. Usually when you read or watch some news the first headlight that appears is about war, murder or people being killed and there are anywhere to be safe. As an example, a 20 years old student has been killed in Alberta, Canada by a lost bullet two months ago. Actions like that is avoided when love is surrounding people life's. In conclusion, Love is answer for most of the world question. It is a necessary feeling in life because it is wonderful and magic. Also, it hold people together in way to help and care about each others!

Our Time As A Gold
TIPS TO SUCCESSFULLY IN MANAGING OUR TIME...
1. Make a list of what should be done
Make a list of what to do and try to constantly renew the list and keep
it up to date. Include in this list both urgent and non-urgent things so
as never forget or ignore something again. Keep the list all the time
with you in your briefcase or in your daily agenda.
2. Allocate your time correctly
Include an estimated time frame for each action and the date by which
each task must be completed. If the order that each task must be
completed does not matter it may be possible to complete something
during an unexpected free time. For example, you can look for
information on the Internet while you wait in your office to start a
meeting.
3. Set your own deadlines and meet them
Be realistic about the deadlines you set and try to meet them. It is
true that any work gets exactly the time allocated for it. Have you ever
noticed how quickly you can finish something you have to write, give
assignments and take decisions on the last day before your vacation?
Although we tend to complete many things when we are under pressure, is
less stressfull and much more professional to establish and follow an action plan.
4. Use your time intelligently
Consider the case to check your e-mail only certain times of the day and
let the answering machine respond to your calls so as not to interrupt
your work for a couple of hours. If possible, avoid dealing with the
same job or the same e-mail again. Never open e-mail address if you do
not have time to read and edit, that is, to answer it, send, or delete
it.
5. Organize your desktop
Organize your desktop; manage the copies of your files, your computer
folders and e-mail folders so that you can easily find what you want.
Minimize the time you spend when searching for information.
6. Insist in your targets
You should have an “in tray” in your office so that others can give you
what they want to give you and not just leave it on your desk. Have you
ever come back from a meeting and find additional records, letters and
documents all over your office? Rather than follow your own program, you
are “forced” to follow someone else’s priorities.
7. Do not distract your attention
If you have a door, you need to close it occasionally. If you have an
open door policy that must always be open for your employees but you do
not have time to really listen to their questions and concerns, then you
will not manage to keep your promise. If a colleague comes to your
office when you have a job and cannot discuss, seek to find another time
to meet.
8. Co-operate with your colleagues
Colleagues will expect you to finish the job on time, so make sure to
avoid any delay. You would expect the same from them. To avoid any
delays, give more time to the project so as to be able to handle
unexpected complications, misunderstandings or missed deadlines. If the
date of presentation is the 25th of the month, be sure to plan to finish
everything by 23.
9. Avoid unnecessary Supervisions
If you authorize someone else for a job or a contract, do not deal any
more with this, unless you have a specific responsibility to monitor.
Many people spend precious time to listen or read reports of other
projects. If the investigation of your colleagues or their professional
responsibilities does not affect your daily work, your performance at
work or objectives of your career, you could simply express an interest
just to encourage them.
10. Cancel routine meetings
Decide if the meeting is absolutely necessary. If, you have to attend,
set an agenda and make sure that you follow it – start the meeting and
finish it on time. If your presence is not necessary for the entire
meeting then leave earlier.
11. Be constantly busy
Keep your skills in shape by having at least one project to be involved.
Two or more projects would be even better because you are given the
opportunity to change speed and to focus on something else for variety.
To deal simultaneously with different project assures that you will
always have something on which to work. Also, it keeps your mind alert
and renews your prospects.
12. Choose carefully your projects
Make sure that your work has some value for the company and that it
raises your skills better. There are many good reasons why you cannot
accept to take part in a meeting and refuse to take an additional
project. Successful entrepreneurs know how to say «no». Ask yourself,
"this will promote my career?" and"Can I give the necessary time to this
assignment?” You will win more respect by working with a colleague,
whose expertise and skills complements your own, rather than getting an
extra work on your own and overloading yourself.
Study Group !
BENEFITS OF STUDY GROUP
1.easy to solving a problem Solution
Because study groups meet at regular times, attending students cannot procrastinate.
If
alone, a student might postpone studying until the night before class.
When in a study group, however, students have to be present at a
specific time, and they are not able to procrastinate .
2. Learn Faster
Working together, students in study groups can generally learn faster than students working alone.
For
instance, some part of the textbook that seems completely confusing to
you could be quite clear to another student. In a study group, instead
of spending valuable time puzzling over the difficulty, you can learn
quickly by simply asking a question.
In addition, you can help your fellow students also when they have difficulties understanding something that you do understand.
3. Get New Perspectives
If you study by yourself, you will always see your material from the same perspective – yours.
While this may not be a problem, getting fresh perspectives on a topic can help you learn it more thoroughly.
Study
groups are the perfect places to find these new perspectives. As you
listen and ask questions, you will soon start noticing a wide variety of
different viewpoint on the same idea.
This
will force you to think more about your position and will, therefore,
develop your critical thinking skills while helping you study.
4. Learn New Study Skills
In addition to learning new perspectives on a topic, you can also find new study techniques.
During
the college years, each student develops his own particular study
methods. While yours may work excellently, you probably can still find
ways to improve your learning abilities and sharpen your mind.
By
joining a study group, you will have opportunity to observe a wide
variety of study methods in action. After considering the pros and cons,
you can improve your own study regimen by incorporating the best
methods with your own.
In addition, you can help your other study members improve by sharing your favorite study tricks also.
*STUDY GROUP HAS ITS OWN BENEFITS AND SERIUOSLY IT HAVE MANY ADVANTAGE
ESPECIALLY FOR STUDENT . I HOPE FROM STUDY GROUP WE WILL SHARE MANY
THINGS THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW .TENGSS !

Citizens
now demand more meaningful involvement and more responsible and
sustainable tourism practices. Local communities and Non Government
Organizations today have a very important voice in the way in which
tourism is developed and resources allocated. It is this more
responsible and sustainable tourism that the Government of Trinidad and
Tobago wishes to develop and promote. Tourism provides entrepreneurial
opportunities for small operators, can foster balanced development and
empower rural communities, youth and women, and can dynamise other
sectors of the economy, particularly the agriculture sector.

The
Tourism Industry includes everything that a traveler does on a trip –
eat, sleep, party, attend a conference, rent a car, take a taxi, shop,
change foreign currency etc. It means that all of the economic
activities of farmers, fishermen, cooks, shopkeepers, bartenders, tour
guides, banks, hotels, carnival bands, entertainers, electricians,
customs, immigration and literally every job that impacts directly or
indirectly on tourism are all part of the tourism value chain. For
specialist events, sports, and weddings the value chain is even greater.
It is clear that the tourism industry is far-reaching and is indeed
everybody’s business.
It
is also important to recognize that the travel and tourism industry is
global, highly competitive and unstable. We must be able to continuously
undertake our research and market intelligence, anticipate change, be
prepared and not be caught off guard in the management of the industry

We are involving all of the children in knowing and understanding the anti-bullying and behaviour and discipline behaviour in the first instance, so please do also talk to them about their views as we value them and wish for each and every child at Hope School to know how we keep them safe and to understand their own responsibilities for keeping themselves and others safe at Hope School.
